Saint John the Baptist Pre-School Saint John the Baptist Pre-School is a combined program for parents and their 3- through 5-year-old preschoolers whose aim is to provide a foundation upon which future religious education is built. It is a mini-course in Christian child development to aid parents in nurturing the faith of their children. The objective is to help our children develop positive self-concepts through increased awareness of their own special God-given characteristics and abilities. By covering the basic concepts of a pre-school program and also providing fun activities. St. John's is a head start that better prepares children before they enter the bigger world of formal education. An integral part of our Pre-School is the parent/adult education and enrichment program. These educational sessions meet biweekly during the morning or afternoon. Refreshments are served and babysitting is provided. Parents are highly encouraged to attend these parent educational sessions throughout the year. Contact: |
