Children's Liturgy Liturgy of the Word allows young people between the ages of four and eight to hear the scriptures in language they can understand. The result is a sense of belonging to a community that once seemed just for adults. Children's Liturgy of the Word calls for a variety of ministries: Leader, Reader, Musicians, and Cantors.
