Advisory Council Finance Subcommittee (St. John the Baptist School) This Committee is charged to recommend the annual school-operating budget in cooperation with the Parish Finance Council and subject to the approval of the pastor. They also work with the school principal to assure administrative adherence to the approved budget. In addition, they monitor the "capital improvement fund" and oversee all fundraising activities of the school.
Advisory Council Planning Subcommittee This committee is charged to develop a proactive long-range planning process in conjunction with the department of Catholic Schools to insure excellence in the school's programs. This planning is understood to include recommendations related to the school's physical plant. In addition, the group is charged to provide a member of the committee to serve as chair of the existing School Public Relations Committee.
Advisory Council Technology Subcommittee This committee is charged with the task of monitoring and suggesting ways to enhance the school's use of technology, and advising the administration on hardware and software purchases.
